From having General Management responsibilities with a multinational healthcare equipment manufacturer, to being the CEO of a brain cancer focused Not-for-Profit organisation and holding numerous commercial, strategy and project leadership roles has enabled Pat to demonstrate his ability to lead, engage and get results.

Salvatore Cristiano, General Manager

Salvatore is a strategy and operations executive with 10+ years’ experience leading the creation, implementation, improvement and transformation of initiatives and services in quality/regulatory driven organisations.

With an outcome focused and continuous improvement mindset, Salvatore is known for his strategic analysis and change management strengths, improvement to operations and collaborative approach in building strong stakeholder relationships.

Most recently, Salvatore led service optimisation and business operations for a global healthcare equipment manufacturer while also serving on two boards/committees in the education sector including a community Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
